Rights Related to Personal Data

The User / Member shall be deemed to be enlightened regarding the rights granted to him/her pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and based on this Article; he/she may learn what his/her Personal Data are and whether they are processed, whether they are used for the purpose of processing, request information on this matter if his/her data have been processed, learn the third parties to whom Personal Data are transferred domestically or abroad, in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed Personal Data or in case of any change in the processed Personal Data, he/she may request that these data be corrected, changed, updated, deleted/destroyed or anonymized within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. In case of incomplete or incorrectly processed Personal Data, correction, modification, updating, deletion/destruction or anonymization of these transactions (in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed Personal Data, correction of these data or deletion/destruction or anonymization within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK) It may request notification to third parties to whom Personal Data is transferred; may object to the occurrence of a result against it due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems and may request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of Personal Data. Pursuant to Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the traffic data we process are stored for 2 years and anonymized after the expiration of the period. In any case, if Personal Data is processed for more than one reason, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when all the reasons for the processing of the data in question are eliminated.
